All Owners:
• Join the Google Group
• Ensure Bennett Property Management has your current contact information
• All owners can attend monthly LSCOA (Lincoln School Condos Owners Association) meetings on the fourth Monday of each month. 

Owners Who Rent:
• Make sure Bennett Property Management has your tenant's name & contact information
• Inform Bennett of tenant move-in and move-out events
• Make sure your tenant and propery manager have the Rules & Regulations
 
Owners Who Are Selling:
• Make sure your listing real estate agent contacts Bennett
• Manage who has keys to the building
• Inform Bennett of any open house or move-out events
